1. Who We Are

AROGYOS is a health intelligence platform, operated as a registered sole proprietorship based in Rajasthan, India. We help individuals understand and improve their biological age using lab reports, lifestyle data, and AI analysis. Contact: support@arogyos.com

2. What Data We Collect

Directly: name, age, and profile info, lifestyle quiz answers, lab report files, email/mobile, weight and water intake entries. Automatically: anonymous usage analytics, device/browser type, a randomly generated device ID. We do NOT collect Aadhaar/PAN/passport numbers, do NOT access camera/microphone without permission, do NOT store raw payment card data, and do NOT sell your data to any third party.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your lifestyle answers and lab biomarkers are used to estimate and track your biological age. Uploaded lab reports are processed by Anthropic Claude AI in real time to extract biomarkers, not stored permanently by the AI provider. Your data powers personalised daily health tips, diet plans, and protocol recommendations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your profile and quiz answers are stored locally on your device (localStorage) unless synced. Cloud data (Family Tracker, subscriptions) is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS Mumbai. Uploaded lab reports are processed immediately and deleted after analysis, not permanently stored. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3; data at rest uses AES-256.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

Anthropic Claude (AI lab report analysis), Supabase (database, AWS Mumbai), Razorpay (India payments), Lemon Squeezy (international payments), and Vercel (hosting).

6. Your Rights

Under India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data, and to opt out of communications or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@arogyos.com — we respond within 12 hours.

7. Children's Privacy

AROGYOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; family tracker features for minors require a parent or guardian to set up the account.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for 7 years per Indian tax law.

9. Cookies and Tracking

AROGYOS uses only essential browser storage for preferences and profile data. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting.

10. Medical Disclaimer

AROGYOS is an educational and informational health tool only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT diagnose any medical condition or replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor before changing your health, medication, or treatment plan.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically, updating the "Last updated" date and notifying you via the app.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. For EU/UK residents, we comply with GDPR and UK GDPR requirements.
